Well i know it's been a three days since blogged,just been trying to get settled,so let's get started shall we. Well i arrived on Tuesday afternoon and my buddy Ben who i haven't seen him or his girl Ditte in four years comes and picks me and we headed to the studio for rehearsal tonight.They have a Danish reggae/ska/funk band "Traphiklys" which means traffic lights because its red yellow and green to represent rastsphari. A nine piece band consisting of piano,trombone,tenor sax,drums,dj,bass,guitar and Ben and Ditte on vocals.They are preparing for a competition at the end of this month where if they win will go onto the finals for best Danish in Denmark.They are good really good! Now i'm more of a reggae/dancehall type of a guy but since listening to these guys i definitely will listen to more ska now.The trombone and sax make them sound totally different.Just type in their name on Facebook and you will find them. I will have more to talk about these guys later holla!
