Dinnertime......

So last night Ben and I decide to go get dinner for the three of us.Whats so coo, about this place is there are endless places to choose from,vegetarian,sushi,shawarma endless shawarma,kebabs,bakeries,hot dogs,etc.So he decides on going to this place called Sund Sult a small cool salad/sandwich shop.Now another thing that is cool about Copenhagen is how most of the businesses are situated.Say you will have a 8-10 floor apartment building,where the shops are placed a level below as if you're in the basement but not.Really cool,who says you need to be eye/street level to be successful. We walk in and it's setup like a deli of some sorts,very clean,simple,with a fresh variety of salads ,breads ,sandwiches to choose from.You have a choice of a small ,medium or large container with your choice of salads.We both get larges and choose the following,marinated mushrooms with corn,peas,sun dried tomatoes,black and green olives tossed in herbs with feta cheese,tomato salad with feta,black olives,and a bit of olive oil,chickpea salad tossed in green onions,tomatoes,sun dried tomatoes,artichoke salad,tossed in a citrus vinaigrette,with dill,sweet cherry tomatoes,and a Mediterranean cous cous salad.Now you know from the looks of these salads you would easily pay a hefty price at say Whole Foods.11 bucks with a hearty dark grain roll and we're out the door. It was flavorful,fresh,tasty,healthy,and filling and shops like these are all over the place.So if you are ever in Copenhagen be sure to check this place out. Hmmmmmmm what am i eating tomorrow?
