Im in!

Now most of you know i love to ride bikes and have decide i'm allergic to gasoline, petrol, etc. On Saturday,February 27th at 10 am was the registration for the 2nd annual London Tweed Run,Sunday,April 10th.I wasn't really sure what to expect at first, so i made sure i was prepared and had my laptop in hand 30 minutes before sign in time.Anxiously waiting, i goto www.lfgss.com (London fixed gear and single speed) where they have a forum asking is it ten yet?Totally forgot London is an hour behind Germany,so i still had a bit of time.So finally 959 comes around and the fingers are ready. The first couple times i couldn't get thru, saying to myself "Am i gonna get in?" over and over. But i did my fair friends! #197 !After filling out my brief application,i make a copy of reservation space and have to pick up my packet including spoke card, number and a few other things at Bobbin Cycles as soon as i get in town. This going to be a great event thanks alot to Ted Young-Ing,the organizer behind the event. So i go back to lfgss to check to see who has registred, and in 20 minutes, yes 20 minutes almost 300 hundred have registered!300!before the hour is up all 400 spots are filled. Can you believe 400 hundred people cycling at one time.I asked Teddy about possibly doing the event twice or maybe three times a year, he said to much to put together just for one.Hopefully when i get to London i'll get a chance to meet Teddy for a brief interview and a spot of tea!Now i can finish putting together my outfit together,i would show but it's going to be a suprise! So for now stay tuned, stay positive, keep riding, and enjoy life!enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!
